We’re looking for an organised, proactive Sales Progressor to join our growing Leeds team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing the detail behind every deal, and know how to keep a sale moving through to completion, we want to hear from you.

Job Role:
Progress property sales from agreed to completion
Liaise with solicitors, vendors, buyers, brokers and surveyors
Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the process
Manage tasks and workflows using CRM systems
Ensure all milestones are met in a timely manner
Handle high volumes of calls and follow up with clear communication

Must haves:
Experience in sales progression or conveyancing
Confident communicator, especially over the phone
Highly organised and able to manage multiple transactions
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Proactive, process-driven mindset

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Negotiator to join our thriving Alwoodley office.

If you’re a closer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, loves prospecting over the phone, and knows the local property market inside out, we want to hear from you!

Job Role:

  • Manage property sales from enquiry to sale agreed
  • Prospect and qualify potential buyers
  • Conduct viewings and follow up efficiently
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Ensure outstanding service at every stage
  • Use CRM system (Alto) accurately for client and applicant management

Must haves:

  • 2 years’ sales experience and 1 year in estate agency
  • Full UK driving licence

Senior Sales Negotiator

City Centre Office

We’re looking for a confident, driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Leeds City Centre team.

If you’re an experienced estate agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves winning business, and has the ambition to grow a new patch, we want to hear from you.

Job Role:
Generate new business opportunities and win instructions
Carry out valuations and convert leads into listings
Manage property sales from enquiry to sale agreed
Conduct viewings and follow up efficiently
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
Work closely with the sales progression team to ensure successful completions
Cross-sell across other departments and branches
Use CRM system (Alto) accurately for client and applicant management

Must haves:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate agency
Strong track record in valuing and winning business
Highly confident in prospecting and closing deals
Target-driven with a hunger to grow the business
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Full UK driving licence

Benefits:
Competitive salary (£26,000–£40,000) plus uncapped commission
