Sales Negotiator
We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Negotiator to join our thriving Alwoodley office.
If you’re a closer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, loves prospecting over the phone, and knows the local property market inside out, we want to hear from you!
Job Role:
- Manage property sales from enquiry to sale agreed
- Prospect and qualify potential buyers
- Conduct viewings and follow up efficiently
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
- Ensure outstanding service at every stage
- Use CRM system (Alto) accurately for client and applicant management
Must haves:
- 2 years’ sales experience and 1 year in estate agency
- Full UK driving licence

Branch Coordinator
Location: Guiseley
Salary: From £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We’re excited to be opening a brand new Monroe branch in Guiseley on 1st April, and we’re looking for a highly organised, confident and solutions-focused Branch Coordinator to help launch and run the office.
This is a key role within the branch. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently, professionally and in line with Monroe’s high standards. You will support the Branch Manager and wider team, oversee compliance and administration, and act as the central point of coordination within the office.
The Role
As Branch Coordinator, you will:

Oversee the smooth daily running of the office

Maintain excellent office presentation and manage stock and supplies

Provide diary management and administrative support to the branch team

Handle sales progression, liaising with solicitors, agents and clients to ensure transactions move forward efficiently

Manage compliance paperwork and legal documentation, particularly for new homes

Act as the first point of contact for problem-solving and internal troubleshooting

Support the Branch Manager with business development tasks

Branch Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organised, confident, and solutions-focused Branch Coordinator to become the engine of our office. You’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the branch – from ensuring the space is always immaculate and fully stocked, to supporting the team with admin, property listings, diary management, and smooth sales progression.
With an eagle eye for detail and a natural ability to problem-solve, you’ll keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. This role also requires a solid understanding of sales progression and property legislation – particularly within new homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent office presentation and manage supplies, stock, and day-to-day facilities
- To work closely with our marketing team to prepare effective marketing campaigns for upcoming developments
- Referring services including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and removal firms.
- Experience using spreadsheets and confident with numbers
- Go-to person for IT/software queries within the team
- Diary management and admin support for the branch team
- Sales progression: liaising with solicitors, agents, and clients to ensure smooth transactions
- Oversee compliance paperwork and legal documentation, particularly for new homes
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution within the office
- Support the Branch Manager with Business Development tasks
