Harewood House

One of the Treasure Houses of England,visitors can enjoy exhibitions of contemporary art, rare Bird Garden, Farm Experience and over 100 acres of exquisite gardens to explore.

Harewood Park walk

This walk begins in the village of Harewood and follows a course around Harewood Park before joining the Leeds Country Way footpath on a route east to the village of East Keswick. From the village the way heads north to meet the Ebor Way footpath on the bank of the River Wharfe which is followed upstream back to Harewood.

Transport Links

Harewood village is served by a very frequent bus service No. 36 that runs between Leeds and Harrogate with many services continuing to Ripon. 

There are also infrequent services that run from Wetherby to Otley passing through Harewood village. Service 781 operated by Yorkshire Tiger links Leeds and Otley once each day (except Sundays). 

Service 923 operated by The Keighley Bus Company connects Wetherby and Otley via Harewood with three services each way daily except Sunday. 

Homes in Wigton Moor are linked to Leeds by Service 48, operated by First Bus running from Morley via Leeds City Centre.
