Leanna Corban BSc (hons) MNAEA
Managing Director

Leanna is a business graduate having studied at Leeds Metropolitan University and is a founding partner and MD of Monroe Estate Agents.

Leanna has over 20 years experience in the business sector. Leanna’s strength and drive shows through her ability to regularly handle property transactions totalling a value of around 30million pounds at any given time. Leanna is passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast moving innovative environment.

Leanna loves Yorkshire, found at her happiest walking the dog and listening to a podcast.

Jordan Yorath BSc (hons) FNAEA

Having studied Estate Management at Northumbria University, Jordan Yorath has a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of experience in property within various sectors of the property market, specialising in residential sales.

Jordan has Incredibly high standards, expecting a lot of himself and our empowered team. He delivers a very dedicated and personal service to all of our clients. Bespoke marketing is key and Jordan is dedicated to making sure Monroe continues to grow and evolve with our clients and the market.

Specialising in working with high net worth individuals, Jordan has a vision for where value can be added to a property and how to offer clients the best value service in the area.

Jordan has 2 children and loves eating out and going to the gym.

Bradie Lewis BA (Hons)
Senior Sales Negotiator

Having studied Creative Advertising at Buckinghamshire University, Bradie has a wealth of knowledge with regards to marketing and has fantastic attention to detail. After graduating Bradie worked at some of the top advertising agencies in London as well as traveling the globe.

Bradie is incredibly hard-working and always wants to achieve the best results for her clients. She specializes in high-end real estate and has agreed a tremendous number of sales since she started with Monroe.

Bradie enjoys walking her dog, coffee, planning her wedding, and high-intensity workouts at North Studio.

Rowan Paine BA (hons)
Branch Manager Boston Spa

Rowan graduated from Newcastle University with a first-class honours degree in History and has since commenced her career in the property sector. She has always had a passion for property, with a particular interest in period properties.

Rowan joined Monroe passionate about the opportunity to work at a bespoke agency and to work as part of a close-knit team. This has enabled her to have a greater insight into the business side of the industry, alongside further development of her property knowledge. She has previous experience working within a corporate estate agency as well as a wealth of experience in customer service. As a result, Rowan possesses impeccable communication skills.

In her free time, Rowan enjoys going to fitness classes, going out for coffee, and spending time with her friends and family.

Lucy Guest
Brand Marketing Manager

Lucy has over fourteen years of experience in a senior Marketing role and has superb knowledge of North Leeds and proven results in both paid and organic online advertising.

Lucy ensures that properties are creatively marketed and reach their target market with the very finest photography, videography and copywriting appropriate to our exclusive properties.

Lucy keeps busy outside work with crafts, yoga and walking.

Kate Gilfillian
Property Administrator

Kate is a perfect fit for the Monroe Team, she joined us from a corporate agency and brought a wealth of experience in customer service and administration.

She is an absolute perfectionist in everything she does with a keen eye for detail. She's also got fantastic knowledge of the North Leeds area having lived in Shadwell for a number of years.

In her spare time, Kate loves spending time with her husband and two boys and putting herself through a tough spinning session at the gym.

Kiera Easterby
Sales Negotiator

Kiera is a very enthusiastic individual with a passion that is evident right from meeting her. Kiera gained experience at a large law firm specialising in conveyancing, which is an invaluable skill that she brought to the company.

Her work ethic ensures she fits in with the values at Monroe. She has a keen eye for detail which will give our clients the best possible experience from start to finish, she has had an excitement and passion for property from a very early age.

Kiera is very family oriented spending plenty of time with her family and loves spending time going out with friends.

Mark Freezer
Property Marketing Manager

Mark joined Monroe after returning to the UK from a decade living in the red deserts of Southern Utah.

He specialises in Architecture/Interiors Photography and Videography of multi-million pound residential and commercial properties. Having worked with architects, builders, property developers, brokerages and agents he understands the high value of media in real estate marketing that Monroe strives for.

Heather Carroll
Sales Negotiator

Heather has over 30 years’ experience in the delivery and management of premium customer service, predominantly in her role as Cabin service Director with British Airways. In more recent times she has worked in the property industry, specialising in the marketing of High Value properties and successfully growing and shaping that business.

She is passionate and uncompromising in her delivery of personalised customer service, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything she undertakes.

Heather is originally from the South of England but has lived in Yorkshire for 23 years. In her spare time she likes to keep fit, running, going to the gym and heading out on her paddle board. She also loves eating out, the theatre and socialising with friends.

Sam Kellegher MNAEA
Sales and Valuations Manager

With several years of experience in the property market, Sam has navigated through various roles, ranging from front-line sales, to progression and his most recent role, Sales Valuer. He takes immense pride in delivering a superior level of service and engaging with his clients on a professional and personal level. Sam is proud to work for Monroe and provides the best service from start to finish. His background includes valuable stints in a corporate estate agency, complemented by extensive experience in customer service and his MNAEA qualification.

Sam's passion for all aspects of property extends beyond his professional role. He is also an accomplished property developer, having successfully completed numerous local property renovations.

Beyond the confines of the office, Sam is a big family man. He and his wife are expecting their first child in March 2024

Kirsty Moxon
Boston Spa Branch Coordinator

Kirsty is a graduate from the University of Liverpool, where she studied English, and joins Monroe with 20 years of business experience.

She is highly focussed on making the client experience the best it can be, having previously worked as a complaints manager for EDF Energy. More recently she has bought and sold numerous properties for renovation and is well attuned to facilitating smooth transactions. Kirsty is very familiar with North Leeds having lived in Roundhay and Thorner for many years, between a period of residency in Dubai where she was a property sales and lettings agent.

In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog, Millie in the countryside.

Neetu Panesar
Sales Progressor and Coordinator

Neetu joins Monroe with seven years of invaluable experience in property. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role at Monroe and as Sales Progressor and Branch Coordinator and works closely with the sales, marketing, and administration teams to ensure the Alwoodley Office runs efficiently.

Neetu is always on hand to deliver the personal service that at Monroe we pride ourselves on, keeping clients up to date and informed every step of their buying or selling journey.

When she’s not at work, Neetu enjoys making memories with her family, working out at the gym, invigorating walks, and the occasional thrill of hiking. A social butterfly at heart, Neetu always values the importance of family, friends, and work.

Isabelle Cascarino
Sales Negotiator

Isabelle is a driven individual, who has previously worked in the property industry in estate management and lettings. Upon finishing her A-Levels, Isabelle worked for an interior design company, gaining valuable knowledge in the world of luxury properties. More recently she worked at an estate agents, where she developed her sales skills proving her a fantastic addition to the Sales Team at Monroe.

Isabelle believes that outstanding customer service and communication are the foundation of any business and works hard to deliver this to our Clients.

Outside of the office, Isabelle enjoys weekend brunches with friends and family and long walks in the countryside.


Full Time Junior Sales Negotiator

Alwoodley Office

Hours & Salary: Full-time - Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm.  Salary negotiable plus commission.

Location: Alwoodley, Leeds  OTE 30k 

Full training will be given and there are fantastic opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

The role will include:

  • Qualifying potential buyers over the phone

Full time photographer/videographer and drone pilot

Alwoodly / Boston Spa / Leeds City Centre

Salary: from £25,000 PA depending on experience.

Location: Can be based from any of our 3 offices in Leeds City Centre, Alwoodley and Boston Spa. Parking available at all locations. 

You will be responsible for capturing stunning images and videos of residential properties. You will work closely with our sales negotiators to deliver exceptional visual content that showcases the property's unique features and highlights its selling points. 

This role requires previous experience in property photography and videography, as well as a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality videos and images. 

You will be able to:

  • Utilise your creative skills to compose and frame shots that showcase the property's best angles, architecture, and interior design.
  • Ensure accurate representation of the property's colours, dimensions, and other essential elements.
  • Use professional equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, drones and gimbals, to capture high-resolution photographs and videos.
  • Edit and enhance images and videos to meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Organise and maintain an efficient workflow, including managing and backing up digital files.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge visual content.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, managing multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment.


  • Qualified and proficient in drone videography. Must have passed theory test and possess Flyer and Operator id.
  • Good English skills, oral and written
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to company guidelines and client expectations.

Full Time Sales Progressor

Leeds City Centre

Hours & Salary: Full time Monday to Friday

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

With a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales Progression and or conveyance management, you will be progressing an average of 50 sales at any one time.

Job role includes:

  • Progressing all agreed sales through to completion
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, agents, surveyors, mortgage brokers

Skills required:

  • Good relationship-building skills
  • Full in-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process

Full-Time Property Lister and Administrator


Hours & Salary: Full time Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30pm

£22k to £25k depending on experience

The role will include

  • Listing all properties in our Alwoodley office
  • Uploading all marketing material
  • Liaising with vendors to create and launch their listing
  • Checking listings off with vendors and making any amendments needed
  • Answering the phone
  • Qualifying applicants
  • Co-ordinating and booking in marketing appointments
  • Referral of mortgage brokers, surveyors, solicitors and removals
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be self motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to write listings
  • Excellent grammar skills
  • Have a great eye for detail
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great customer service skills
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated

Charities & Sponsorship

Since launching in 2020, we have been involved in numerous local initiatives and community fundraisers.

We currently sponsor the junior section of Leodiensian RUFC and have joined the Leeds United Emerging Talent Centre 'Player Partner' Programme 2022/23 by sponsoring the incredibly talented (future Lionness) Hailey-Jo. 

Jordan dusted off his football boots in September 2022 and took part in the estate agents vs. developers charity football match in aid of St Martin's House, a fantastic charity based in Boston Spa. 

We also regularly give to local schools who are fundraising including Harewood primary school legacy project and the PTA at Wigton Moor Primary School.




Supporting Yorkshire Children's Charity

Monroe are proud sponsors of Yorkshire Children's Charity. 

Yorkshire Children’s Charity was created with one sole purpose; to improve the lives of children living at a disadvantage, be that due to sickness, disability or financial circumstance. 

The charity launched on 01.01.22 and they set their sights high, raising £2.2m in their first 12 months. They are a grant giving organisation, providing support through multiple means, to include wheelchairs, specialist equipment, fun and educational days out, emergency funding for families in desperate need, and much more. They are a charity that asks the families how we can help as opposed to telling them what they can do. 

With 350,000 children living in poverty in the region and 92,000 children living with disabilities, they have a lot that we need to achieve and they can only do this with the support of generous businesses and individuals.

New Charity Partner - Love Leeds Parks

We are pleased to announce that our latest partnership is with Love Leeds Parks whose vision is for everyone in Leeds to have a green space that they love on their doorstep.

"Every day, residents from diverse cultural backgrounds come together in Leeds' 65 community parks to socialise, exercise, relax and play. These parks provide visitors with much needed respite from the intensity of urban living, with many residents turning to their local park to combat loneliness, stress and anxiety. Whether volunteering, picnicking with friends or savouring quiet time with a book, visitors of all ages leave happier, healthier, and benefitting from a stronger connection to both nature and their neighbours.

Despite the important role they play, the future of these community parks is under threat. As budgets continue to be drastically cut, there is a danger parks will significantly deteriorate or be lost altogether. This is why Love Leeds Parks was launched as an independent charity in 2021.

Our mission is to support communities to improve and use their local public green spaces, with a focus on those areas that are most at need."
