Monroe Wins Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2025
Monroe Estate Agents is thrilled to announce that our Land & New Homes team has won Land & New Homes Specialist of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2025.
The Negotiator Awards, now in its 18th year, is the UK’s leading independent awards programme for estate agents, letting agents, suppliers and the wider residential property sector. This year saw a record number of entries, making the competition tougher than ever as the awards continued to rise to new heights.
The winners were revealed at a black-tie gala dinner at the iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane on 28th November, in a spectacular ceremony hosted by comedian and actor Marcus Brigstocke.
Collecting the award on the night were Rowan Paine, Leanna Corban and Jordan Yorath, who were delighted to represent the team at one of the biggest events in the property industry calendar.
A Huge Achievement for a Young and Ambitious Division
Monroe’s dedicated Land & New Homes division only launched in October 2024 and has grown at an extraordinary pace. In under a year, the team has:
- Agreed over £35 million worth of land and new homes sales
- Completed more than £21 million in transactions
- Built a pipeline approaching £20 million
This award is a powerful recognition of the team’s expertise, commitment, and impact across Yorkshire’s new homes market.
Delivering Market-Leading Results Across Yorkshire
Led by Co-Founder and CEO Jordan Yorath, and supported by Rowan Paine, Harvey Douglas and Sam Robinson, the team has delivered exceptional results across Leeds, Harrogate, York, Wetherby and surrounding areas.
Highlights include the full sale of all 24 apartments at Belmont in Headingley for Generate Real Estate, as well as securing high-profile instructions from respected developers including Torsion Homes and Oak and Prosper.
Monroe’s approach is collaborative and hands-on, working with developers from early design stages to marketing, launch strategies, and sales. Everything is tailored specifically to new build developments, from layouts and specification advice to positioning, branding, and premium marketing that showcases both the homes and the developer.
