Monroe Wins Best Agency Team 2026 at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards
Monroe Estate Agents is delighted to announce that we have been named Best Agency Team 2026 at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards.
The prestigious awards celebrate excellence across Yorkshire’s residential property sector, recognising the businesses and individuals who continue to raise standards, deliver outstanding results and make a lasting impact within the industry.
Winning this award is a fantastic achievement for Monroe and a reflection of the hard work, dedication and collective ambition of our entire team.
A Team Effort Worth Celebrating
Since being established in 2020 by Co-Founders Jordan Yorath and Leanna Corban, Monroe has grown into one of Yorkshire’s leading independent estate agencies, with a growing network of offices and specialist divisions covering residential sales, lettings, land and new homes.
Our success has been built around a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service, combining local market knowledge, innovative marketing and a genuinely personal approach to every client.
From our sales and lettings teams to our dedicated marketing, property media and Land & New Homes divisions, every member of the Monroe team plays an important role in the service we provide and the results we achieve.
Raising the Standard Across Yorkshire
Over the past year, Monroe has continued to strengthen its presence across Yorkshire, expanding our network, growing our specialist teams and taking on an increasing number of prestigious instructions.
Our approach combines traditional estate agency values with forward-thinking marketing, premium property presentation and a commitment to doing things differently.
Whether selling an individual home, marketing an exclusive development or managing a property portfolio, our focus remains the same: delivering an outstanding experience from the first conversation through to completion.
Reflecting on the Win, Jordan Yorath Said:
“This is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Monroe. To be recognised as Best Agency Team is something we're incredibly proud of, particularly given the talent and competition across Yorkshire's property industry.
“Everything we have achieved has been down to the people behind the business. We have an incredibly ambitious team who genuinely care about what they do, the clients they represent and the standard of service they deliver.
“Monroe has grown considerably over the past few years, but our ambition remains just as strong. This award is a brilliant milestone, but we're very much focused on what comes next.”
Looking Ahead
This award marks another important milestone in Monroe's journey, recognising not just the results we deliver but the people, relationships and values that sit behind our business.
We would like to thank our incredible team for their continued commitment, our clients for placing their trust in us and everyone who has supported Monroe along the way.
Best Agency Team 2026 – a fantastic achievement for the whole Monroe family.
