We also carry out a lot of work in LS8, Roundhay and LS16, Adel, as well as in the surrounding postcodes, however we are not subject to these postcodes. At Monroe we focus on the needs of the vendor and the property to achieve the best price.
We also have a commercial side to our business with a much wider bracket of clientele, we work with investors and developers alike to enquire and sell residential, commercial and mixed-use investment and development opportunities. Our specialisms are residential property and therefore on the commercial side many of the properties we work on feature or are majority residential income-based opportunities.
We have recently seen a growing demand for lateral living, with many people looking to buy properties on a single level. We have registered and qualified buyers looking to downsize from bigger properties into bungalows and single level larger apartments ideally ground floor or with lift access. By majority bungalows are hard to get your hands on so we are looking to work with anyone selling a bungalow at the moment, there is always a premium for this type of property.
