Sales Executive
We’re looking for a proactive, driven Sales Executive to join our Land & New Homes team in Alwoodley.
If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, love building relationships, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Job Role:
Manage the full property sales process from enquiry to sale agreed
Handle buyer and seller enquiries, viewings, offers and negotiations
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and developers through regular communication and expert advice
Track sales through to completion, working closely with the progression team
Use CRM systems accurately, ensuring all client and applicant information is up to date
Identify and maximise sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service
Contribute ideas for marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO and local campaigns
Collaborate with colleagues across the business to raise the profile of our Land & New Homes department
Must haves:
Confident and proactive approach to sales
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Target-driven mindset with a passion for property and customer service
Experience within estate agency or property sales is preferred
Benefits:
Competitive salary (£26,500–£27,500) plus uncapped commission
