Living well in lockdown

There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops offering takeaways and deliveries during lockdown, here are a few of our favourites.

Hayley & Clifford - Roundhay

Haley and Clifford are established Delicatessens in Leeds,. They own an award winning deli based in North Leeds, selling the very best of Yorkshire produce as well as exciting ingredients from around the world. They are currently operating their takeaway service with free home deliveries to LS8, LS7 and LS17. Give them a call for same day deliveries or visit their online shop for next day and future deliveries.

Grön Kafé - Oakwood

Gron is all about #KeepingItClean. From fresh, locally sourced ingredients to organic wines from local distributors they are committed to delivering a great brunch or dinner, with minimum impact on the environment. They are currently still open for takeaway coffees during lockdown.

Tasty - Roundhay

Modern, comfy, family friendly cafe with a great menu containing lots of locally sourced produce. They are currently taking orders for their Easter Treat Boxes.

Lidgett Lane Larder - Roundhay

A coffee shop providing delicious food as well as fresh produce. They are open as normal and are selling groceries, milk, eggs,bread, and store cupboard essentials. They also have weekly ready meals to reheat at home as well as seasonal fruit and vegetable boxes that can be delivered to your door.

Aromas Coffee Shop - Moortown

A brand new establishment serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake. They remain open during lockdown for takeaways and preorders.

Loti Yoga - Oakwood

If you’re looking to start your yoga journey then their classes are a calm & friendly place for you to develop your own unique yoga practice, exploring your mind & body along the way. They are currently operating online courses in line with government guidelines.

Warrior Yoga - Roundhay

Discover your inner warrior with their signature sculpt, sweat & slow burn classes. They are a boutique studio welcoming anyone willing to work to build strength, power & flexibility. Although the studio remains closed due to covid restrictions, their online classes are still running.

Lakeside Fitness - Roundhay

They take an empathetic & analytical approach to developing a healthy lifestyle through personal training & sports massage. Throughout lockdown they are offering personal training via video chat and 1:1 park sessions.

TRIB3 - City Centre

If high-intensity workouts are your thing, TRIB3 is a next-level boutique fitness studio that fuses a scientifically-proven HIIT workout. During the first lockdown they launched their  TRIB3 Live, our at-home workout platform, where they have made a range of on-demand free workouts, all you need to do is download the app and register.

Pilates Barre and Sports Massage - Roundhay

Small studio in North Leeds specialising in Pilates, Barre and Sports massage, with a variety of monthly packages available for online and studio based classes (COVID dependant), 1-2-1 sessions and sports massage therapy. Offering online classes and packages of pilates and barre.

Chapel Allerton Pilates - Chapel Allerton

A pilates studio in the heart of Chapel Allerton, with a fully equipped boutique Pilates and Movement studio. They are currently running virtual Pilates classes and in-studio individualised sessions, giving you the opportunity to try new classes that you haven’t tried before.

The owner is a mobile beauty therapist and a Neals Yard Remedies consultant with 30 years experience. She is offering free online skincare workshops and pamper evenings, as well as delivering products in the local area for free.

Daisy Chain offers an innovative approach to floral design, personal service, an excellent delivery service and the finest quality flowers. Available for click and collect as well the usual delivery service continuing.

Dance classes for all abilities and ages. Throughout lockdown they are offering children, youth and adult dance classes online.

With the housing market being given the go ahead to continue operating through lockdown, here at Monroe we are open as normal and can still complete valuations and viewings as normal with face coverings and social distancing in place.
