Rowan Paine, who joined Monroe in early 2022, has quickly risen through the ranks to take on the role of Manager for the Land and New Homes division. After successfully launching Monroe’s Boston Spa branch and leading it to profitability within two years, Rowan is now focused on driving Monroe’s new developments forward.
Rowan brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the property industry. Having worked closely with developers and new home buyers, she understands the unique challenges and opportunities within this market.
Her goal is to streamline the process for clients, ensuring they receive the expert advice and support they need to navigate land acquisition and new property purchases.

Monroe have invested in a brand new space for the flagship branch, opening on the 21st of October 2024, just around the corner on King Lane, which provides a larger space for 7 of the team to work from. This makes space for the Land & New Homes Branch in its place.
