Monroe Estate Agents is looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team. Based just a short walk from Leeds Train Station, you’ll be supporting all our branches across Yorkshire with high-quality content, branding, and campaign delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and forward-thinking agency where your ideas will have real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule and manage social media content across all branches

  • Develop ideas and content for marketing campaigns

  • Manage branding, company stationery and email designs

  • Keep websites up to date with fresh content

  • Design brochures, hoardings and logos for new homes developments

  • Collaborate across teams including photography and videography

About You:

  • Proven design skills with portfolio examples

  • Experience using Canva, Photoshop and other content tools

  • Confident creating content, including with AI

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail

  • A proactive communicator who works well to deadlines

  • Passion for property is essential

  • Driving licence preferred but not required

Sales Executive

Land & New Homes

Location: Alwoodley, Leeds 

Reports to: Rowan Paine

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Saturday with a day in lieu

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience. 

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic Land & New Homes team. You’ll manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to sale agreed, providing a seamless, premium experience to every client.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone confident, organised, and highly motivated by results. As well as strong negotiation and sales skills, you’ll need to bring exceptional attention to detail, particularly around the reservation process and CRM management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle buyer and seller enquiries, viewings, offers and negotiations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and developers, providing regular updates and strategic advice

  • Work closely with internal teams across all Monroe offices to raise the profile of the Land & New Homes department

  • Deliver clear, confident communication at all stages of the sales process

  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including ideas for social media, SEO and local campaigns

  • Support the sales progression team to ensure transactions complete smoothly

Targets & Performance Goals

  • £30,000 in sales agreed per month

  • 5 property sales per month

  • Generate consistent solicitor and mortgage referrals

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive client reviews

  • Deliver excellent administrative accuracy

Who We’re Looking For

  • Highly target-driven and confident in closing sales

  • Organised, professional and detail-focused

  • Passionate about property and delivering a five-star service

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Experienced in sales or property (preferred, but not essential)

  • A driver with access to your own car (essential)

Sales Negotiator

Boston Spa, Wetherby office.

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Negotiator to join our thriving Boston Spa office.

If you’re a closer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, loves prospecting over the phone, and knows the local property market inside out, we want to hear from you!

Job Role:

  • Manage property sales from enquiry to sale agreed
  • Prospect and qualify potential buyers
  • Conduct viewings and follow up efficiently
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
  • Ensure outstanding service at every stage
  • Use CRM system (Alto) accurately for client and applicant management

Must haves:

  • 2 years’ sales experience and 1 year in estate agency
  • Full UK driving licence
