Land & New Homes

Location: Alwoodley, Leeds 

Reports to: Rowan Paine

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Saturday with a day in lieu

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience. 

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic Land & New Homes team. You’ll manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to sale agreed, providing a seamless, premium experience to every client.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone confident, organised, and highly motivated by results. As well as strong negotiation and sales skills, you’ll need to bring exceptional attention to detail, particularly around the reservation process and CRM management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle buyer and seller enquiries, viewings, offers and negotiations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and developers, providing regular updates and strategic advice

  • Work closely with internal teams across all Monroe offices to raise the profile of the Land & New Homes department

  • Deliver clear, confident communication at all stages of the sales process

  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including ideas for social media, SEO and local campaigns

  • Support the sales progression team to ensure transactions complete smoothly

Targets & Performance Goals

  • £30,000 in sales agreed per month

  • 5 property sales per month

  • Generate consistent solicitor and mortgage referrals

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive client reviews

  • Deliver excellent administrative accuracy

Who We’re Looking For

  • Highly target-driven and confident in closing sales

  • Organised, professional and detail-focused

  • Passionate about property and delivering a five-star service

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Experienced in sales or property (preferred, but not essential)

  • A driver with access to your own car (essential)

Job Role:

  • Manage property sales from enquiry to sale agreed

Branch Coordinator

Guiseley

Location: Guiseley

Salary: From £26,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re excited to be opening a brand new Monroe branch in Guiseley on 1st April, and we’re looking for a highly organised, confident and solutions-focused Branch Coordinator to help launch and run the office.

This is a key role within the branch. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently, professionally and in line with Monroe’s high standards. You will support the Branch Manager and wider team, oversee compliance and administration, and act as the central point of coordination within the office.

The Role

As Branch Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee the smooth daily running of the office

  • Maintain excellent office presentation and manage stock and supplies

  • Provide diary management and administrative support to the branch team

  • Handle sales progression, liaising with solicitors, agents and clients to ensure transactions move forward efficiently

  • Manage compliance paperwork and legal documentation, particularly for new homes

  • Act as the first point of contact for problem-solving and internal troubleshooting

  • Support the Branch Manager with business development tasks
