Leanna is a business graduate having studied at Leeds Metropolitan University and is a founding partner and MD of Monroe Estate Agents. With over 20 years of experience in the business sector, Leanna’s strength and drive show through her ability to lead, whilst caring about staff wellbeing and driving the business forward. Leanna provides exceptional customer service in a fast-moving innovative environment.

Mark joined Monroe after returning to the UK from a decade living in the red deserts of Southern Utah.

He specialises in Architecture/Interiors Photography and Videography of multi-million pound residential and commercial properties. Having worked with architects, builders, property developers, brokerages and agents he understands the high value of media in real estate marketing that Monroe strives for.

Lucy has over fourteen years of experience in a senior Marketing role and has superb knowledge of North Leeds and proven results in both paid and organic online advertising.

Lucy ensures that properties are creatively marketed and reach their target market with the very finest photography, videography and copywriting appropriate to our exclusive properties.

Lucy keeps busy outside work with crafts, yoga and walking.

Danni Dickinson

Dani is passionate about the property industry. She has a strong background in estate agency, assisting numerous buyers and sellers in navigating the often complex process of moving house. Her expertise ensures that clients experience a seamless and stress-free journey from start to finish.

Dani is known for her warm and friendly approach. Rowan Paine BA (hons)

Rowan graduated from Newcastle University with a first-class honours degree in History and has since commenced her career in the property sector. She has always had a passion for property, with a particular interest in period properties.

Rowan joined Monroe passionate about the opportunity to work at a bespoke agency and to work as part of a close-knit team. This has enabled her to have a greater insight into the business side of the industry, alongside further development of her property knowledge. She has previous experience working within a corporate estate agency as well as a wealth of experience in customer service. As a result, Rowan possesses impeccable communication skills.

In her free time, Rowan enjoys going to fitness classes, going out for coffee, and spending time with her friends and family.

Harvey Douglas BA (Hons)

Passionate about properties and dedicated to exceeding expectations, Harvey brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the world of real estate. With a bachelor's degree in marketing fuelling his strategic approach and a big heart for helping people find their dream homes.

Sam Robinson

With a strong background in engineering, Sam made the move into property two years ago and has quickly found his stride in the industry. His knowledge of the North Leeds area is matched by his commitment to providing a seamless, customer-first experience.

Sam is always looking for ways to learn and improve, making sure clients receive the highest standard of service at every stage of their property journey.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated Leeds United supporter and enjoys music, festivals, and spending time with family and friends.

Faye Tinson

With 23 years of experience in the property industry, Faye is an expert in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless processes, and enhancing the landlord experience.

Faye’s career has been centred around client accounts for two large lettings businesses in Leeds. Her qualifications include an AAT Level 2 Certificate and an NAEA Level 3 in Residential Letting & Property Management, demonstrating her dedication to maintaining a professional and efficient service. She has always focused on implementing processes and procedures that guarantee a client-led, efficient experience for landlords.

Away from work, Faye enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons and is often found browsing holidays or Rightmove for property inspiration.

Katie Radcliffe MARLA

Katie brings 15 years of dedicated experience in the property industry, with a strong focus on Lettings & Property Management. Katie's career includes leading a Property Management Department for a prominent Estate Agency in North Leeds, where she honed her skills in leadership and most recently a role within Learning & Development. Successfully training and empowering Lettings & Property Management professionals nationwide.

At Monroe Lettings & Property Management, Katie is eager to use her expertise in processes and team development to contribute towards the growth and success of the Branch. Beyond her professional endeavours, she enjoys dining out with friends and family, as well as staying active at the gym or enjoying a good walk in Yorkshire and beyond.

Cacharel Atjom

Cacharel is currently in her final year of a Law with Management Degree at Leeds University. She felt drawn to the property sector and previously worked at a larger corporate estate agency. Keen to work for a smaller agency that can give a more personal service she joined Monroe in the new Lettings office.

Cacharel will be based in the new Springwell Gardens, Monroe Office start of Q3 2023. Watching the development being built from the ground up she will be well versed in the ins and outs of the building and along with her fantastic communication and customer service skills she'll be able to give clients and tenants a truly 5 star experience.

When she's not at work you can find Cacharel spending time with her friends & family and going to the gym.

Sam Kellegher MNAEA

With several years of experience in the property market, Sam has navigated through various roles, ranging from front-line sales, to progression and now Branch Manager. Sam takes immense pride in delivering a superior level of service and engaging with his clients on a professional and personal level.

Sam’s background includes valuable stints in a corporate estate agency, complemented by extensive experience in customer service and his MNAEA qualification.

Sam's passion for all aspects of property extends beyond his professional role. He is also an accomplished property developer, having successfully completed numerous local property renovations. Beyond the confines of the office, Sam is a big family man spending most weekends with his Wife and Daughter.

Kiera Easterby

Kiera is a very enthusiastic individual with a passion that is evident right from meeting her. Kiera gained experience at a large law firm specialising in conveyancing, which is an invaluable skill that she brought to the company.

Her work ethic ensures she fits in with the values at Monroe. She has a keen eye for detail which will give our clients the best possible experience from start to finish, she has had an excitement and passion for property from a very early age.

Kiera is very family oriented spending plenty of time with her family and loves spending time going out with friends.

Tiyana Shaw NMEA

Tiyana is an NMEA property-mark accredited residential sales negotiator with over 5 years of experience in the property industry, coupled with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and creating an exceptional client experience.

Her eye for detail and love for property design inspires her to help clients not only find their perfect home but to also envision a property's full potential.

Known for her determination, strong negotiation and organisational skills ensures that every aspect of the buying and selling process is handled with care, precision and professionalism.

Heather Carroll

Heather has over 30 years’ experience in the delivery and management of premium customer service, predominantly in her role as Cabin service Director with British Airways. In more recent times she has worked in the property industry, specialising in the marketing of High Value properties and successfully growing and shaping that business.

She is passionate and uncompromising in her delivery of personalised customer service, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything she undertakes.

Heather is originally from the South of England but has lived in Yorkshire for 23 years. In her spare time she likes to keep fit, running, going to the gym and heading out on her paddle board. She also loves eating out, the theatre and socialising with friends.

Kate Gilfillian

Kate is a perfect fit for the Monroe Team, she joined us from a corporate agency and brought a wealth of experience in customer service and administration.

She is an absolute perfectionist in everything she does with a keen eye for detail. She's also got fantastic knowledge of the North Leeds area having lived in Shadwell for a number of years.

In her spare time, Kate loves spending time with her husband and two boys and putting herself through a tough spinning session at the gym.
